Terms of Use

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ These Terms supplement the Standard EULA; if they conflict, the Standard EULA prevails to the extent required. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the app or its content, but Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Standard EULA and may enforce it.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the app. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the app only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

You can use the app anonymously or sign in with Apple, Google or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Anonymous accounts are tied to your device; if you delete the app while using an anonymous account, your history and credits may be lost.

PersonaDreams provides dream interpretations, tarot, coffee-cup and palm readings, horoscopes, numerology and personality insights generated by artificial intelligence. All readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Readings are not predictions of the future or statements of fact, and they are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Do not rely on them to make important decisions. If you are dealing with a health, mental-health, legal or financial matter, consult a qualified professional. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or suitability of any reading.

PersonaDreams offers optional premium subscriptions (for example weekly, monthly or yearly plans) purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices and included benefits are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and duration unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or in the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep premium access until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.
• We may change subscription prices; Apple will notify you in advance and, where required, ask for your consent before a price increase takes effect.

Some plans may include a free trial or introductory offer, as shown in the app at the time of purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and you are charged the full subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple, and offers are generally limited to one per Apple ID.

Some features use in-app credits. Credits may be granted for free, included with a subscription (for example as a periodic refill), earned by watching optional rewarded ads, or purchased as consumable in-app purchases.

• Credits are a limited, revocable license to access features in the app. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred, sold or gifted.
• Credits are consumed when you request a reading and are not restored if you are unhappy with the result.
• Credits included with a subscription may expire or reset at the end of each period, as described in the app.
• Purchased credits are consumable; they are not restored by "Restore Purchases" and are lost if your account is deleted.

All purchases are processed by Apple, and we cannot issue refunds directly. Except where required by law, payments for subscriptions and credits are non-refundable. You may request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com — refund decisions are made solely by Apple under its policies. If Apple refunds a purchase, the related credits or subscription benefits may be removed.

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob, and may choose to watch rewarded ads in exchange for credits, subject to daily limits. Ad personalization depends on your App Tracking Transparency choice. We are not responsible for third-party ad content or for products and services offered by advertisers.

You keep ownership of the dreams, questions, photos and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process and transmit Your Content — including to our AI provider — solely to operate the app and provide your readings. This license ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the right to submit Your Content, and that photos you upload do not infringe anyone's rights. Do not upload photos of other people without their permission.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the readings generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• use the app for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit purpose;
• submit content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights, or that sexualizes minors;
• attempt to extract the underlying AI prompts, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, its API gateway or its security features;
• use bots, scripts or automated means to access the app, generate readings or earn credits;
• exploit bugs to obtain credits or premium features without paying, or resell access to the app;
• interfere with the app's operation or other users' use of it.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and remove associated credits, without refund where permitted by law.

The app, including its design, characters, artwork, text, logos and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license in the Standard EULA, no rights are granted to you.

The app relies on third-party services such as Apple, Google (Firebase, AdMob, Sign-In), RevenueCat, Cloudflare and OpenAI. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that features or characters will remain available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any decision you make based on a reading. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account in Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the app. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including credits having no cash value, disclaimers and limitation of liability) survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date, and notify you in the app of material changes. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts and enforcement offices in Turkey have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence, including the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
